A room is one link that runs one study. It carries the interviewer, the plan of questions, the brand it wears, how long each conversation can run, and how many conversations it takes.

You choose: anyone with the link, one invite code per person, or a shared passcode everyone types before they join. You can also set when a room opens and when it stops taking new conversations.

Yes. Add a logo, a name and a banner picture, and the join page wears them. Brands live on your account, so every workspace can use them.

Yes. Open the room yourself from the studio and have the conversation. A test run costs half the standard rate and does not use one of the room's conversation slots.

It depends on your plan: up to 20 minutes on Free, 60 on Solo, 90 on Agency and 120 on National. You set the length of each room within that limit.

Yes, if the study needs it. A room can ask for contact details and a few short questions before the conversation starts. By default it asks for nothing.

It follows your plan: it asks the questions you wrote, listens to the answer, asks a follow-up when there is more to learn, and moves on when the topic is covered. It pauses to consider an answer, and if it mishears, the participant can say it again.

Yes. Each interviewer has its own voice, personality and approach, and you can run different interviewers in different rooms.

Yes. There is no camera. The participant talks and the interviewer talks back, like a phone call in the browser.

A browser and a microphone, on a phone, a tablet, a laptop or a desktop. No account, no app and no download. The browser asks for the microphone once.

Yes, at any point, by hanging up or closing the tab. Taking part is voluntary.

The browser keeps a temporary reference to the conversation so the participant can open the link again and carry on. It is cleared when they close the tab.

Yes. The join page says the conversation is transcribed for research, and how we handle your data explains what is stored and for how long.

A transcript of what was said, the answers organised under the question they belong to, and a record of when the conversation started, ended and how far it got.

Yes. Export answers as a CSV file, or download a conversation transcript as a PDF.

No. The audio is processed live so the interviewer can hear and reply, and it is not kept as a recording.

Yes. Every price you see includes VAT at 20%, and nothing is added at checkout.

The time a person spends in conversation with your interviewer. Each conversation is rounded up to a whole minute. Setting up rooms and reading results cost nothing.

Your rooms pause until more minutes arrive, from a top-up or your renewal. A paused room's join page says the room is closed; it never mentions billing. A conversation that has already started is never cut short.

Yes, from the studio, at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing changes until then.

Monthly minutes expire on your renewal date. Your free sign-up minutes and any top-up minutes never expire while your account is open. The minutes and plans page has the full rules.

Transcripts, answers and account data are stored in London, United Kingdom. Live conversations run through media servers in Frankfurt, Germany, and audio and text pass through our speech and language providers only for as long as it takes to run the conversation.

No. Nothing is sold and nothing is used to train AI models.

The team that invited the participant, for the purpose they described in the invitation. Nobody else.

While your account is open. Account data is deleted within 30 days of the account or workspace being closed, apart from what we must keep for tax, fraud or legal reasons.
